Very poor morale, terrible executive management, no vision, absolutely no opportunity to advance within the company, mid level managers are not qualified.

Pros

It was a very good internship, I liked it very much, I would do it again if I had to.

Cons

I had to drive from Lawrence, Kansas to get to the job in Lenexa. That was a very tough drive some days.
