Pros

The work was pretty easy and enjoyable.

Cons

The management treats the tellers like they are not important at all even though they do most of the work. It never felt like we were heard. They also got annoyed when you were sick.

Flexibility with schedule and there is overtime opportunities

Cons

I trained an entire bank. There was me (a teller), a banker and a manager. We were a 10 staff location. By the time I transferred to a new location I had trained the actual teller supervisor, all the tellers and they were fully staffed or close to it. Also, this was a 7 day a week location. Open late Saturdays and open on Sunday. I worked there EVERYDAY.....opening and closing. While enrolled in 16 credit hours 😖 I did end up getting a supervisor position for another bank later on but Corefirst never acknowledged my hard work or promoted me
