      Pros

      Growing crazy fast - expectations around execution timelines are super fast, but the team consistently delivers which makes it a very exciting and motivating environment. Really phenomenal benefits above and beyond typical startup stage. A lot of trust, independence and responsibility given around time-off, work location and schedule, expenses, etc.

      Cons

      Internal processes, documentation, onboarding and training still a major WIP.
