I'll be straightforward: you will be overworked here. If you value a solid work life balance, I cannot recommend CoreWeave in its current state despite how much I enjoy being here. The support and engineering teams in particular are expected to be "on" and at times, there's a lot of growing pains as we can only hire and train enough to match the amount of hours and time everyone is expected to work.
Sometimes, I think our willingness to be customer centric also gives clients unrealistic expectations of what they should expect from engineering teams in terms of personalized support, which causes strain on a number of teams at the company. And further exacerbates the lack of work life balance.
