Pros

Working at CoreWeave is a truly remarkable experience for several reasons. Firstly, the company's commitment to cutting-edge technology, such as Kubernetes, creates an environment where you can continuously learn and grow. They not only encourage professional development but also provide clear career tracks for employees. Moreover, the work-life balance at CoreWeave is exceptional, thanks to flexible work arrangements and a genuinely unlimited PTO policy. The comprehensive benefits package, including a stellar 401k and health insurance, underscores their commitment to employee well-being. What truly sets CoreWeave apart, though, is its unique and tight-knit culture. Here, colleagues become more than just coworkers; they become friends. Company outings to hibachi dinners are not just an occasional event; they're a testament to the sense of community that thrives here. The openness to ideas, collaborative problem-solving, and fact-based decision-making in meetings make it a place where your voice truly matters. CoreWeave's dedication to creating a supportive and inclusive environment sets it apart, making it more than just a workplace; it's a community where friendships are forged, and innovation thrives. It's clear why CoreWeave stands out as an exceptional employer that values its employees' growth, well-being, and contributions.

Cons

I'll be honest, I don't have any except 1. Not enough hibachi dinners ;)

Insane Growth Opportunity & Startup Vibes

Pros

* Insane growth opportunities across the business, and at every level. This includes professional growth and business growth. * Great people with a willingness to jump in to help solve problems as they pop up. * Understands the importance of backing up the brand with quality engineering. * Willing to invest heavily across all parts of the tech stack as leadership clearly understands we are an Infrastructure company. * Ideas are heard, and there are opportunities to be super creative as long as it's helping grow the business effectively.

Cons

* Can be a little hectic at times if you are used to punching a clock. Comes in waves, but not much worse than any other tech company these days. * Not necessarily a Coreweave problem, but the remote culture is growing, so there's some initial challenges there if you don't already know how to work this way. It's getting better all the time though. * Immature processes lead to some day to day challenges with working, but nothing that can't be overcome. Their IT staff is working tirelessly to fix it at least. So hard to call it a "con" as it's temporary.

Cannot wait to leave

Pros

Compensation is acceptable, with potential for decent growth in the near mid future.

Cons

Lying to people (clients, staff, partners) on a daily basis is the norm across the board; backstabbing as a service. Staggering amount of outright unethical things done and said. People are treated like disposable line-items on a spreadsheet. I and numerous others (that I know of) are actively searching for other employment and will be leaving at the first opportunity. Complete disconnect between what was "advertised" during my interview process and reality. What a nightmare!
