The promote incompetent individuals to leadership roles. They don’t lead by example and are lazy. Managers are not trained and lack leadership qualities that are clearly missing. Leaders try to lean on the go to people and when they stop allowing it they throw them under the bus. The good ol boys club need to stop. Additionally HR is also a Joke when it comes to them taking reports and claims serious

Lots of incredibly smart engineers. Really cool technology.

Cons

Heavy focus on moving fast, which has definitely resulted in technical debt. Influx of middle/upper managers from FAANG companies.
