Toxic culture, favoritism, and burnt out employees

exciting company at an exciting stage - has the potential to do really great stuff in this industry

-heavy culture of favoritism here, people are only promoted or hired if you are liked by the manager or leadership team and it is very obvious who is in the "in" crowd -a lot of people are burnt out and many teams are understaffed while other teams seem to have unlimited budget and are way overstaffed, so certain employees are barely working / have super light workloads and others log off at 9pm and are sending emails on weekends -some leaders are straight up bullies -If you aren't giving 200%, you are not meeting expectations -barely any processes, so everything is a mess and there's a bunch of finger pointing and blame happening. No one knows how to do anything or what the "process" is for anything
