Pros

A company with high integrity and specialists in the hospitality / service and leisure industry. What a fantastic team to work for. Lots of opportunity to develop your self and move up in the company. Such a motivational team that works together to get the best results for their candidates and clients!

Cons

It's a demanding job but the reward and satisfaction when you help someone find their dream jobs is definitely worth it!

Pros

Have been working at CORE for almost 2 years now and other than the normal and expected stress the recruitment world gives, CORE has been and IS a fantastic place to work in. AMAZING team spirit and environment to work in, super fun and energetic! Great employee benefits, frequent and fun team nights out, client events, industry events, weekly goodies office shopping for the team, bubbly on birthdays and cake on CORE birthdays. We can't really complain on the things that are done for us to make sure we're all happy

Pros

Great team environment, We are always given the freedom by the management to run with ideas and are always supported by the team of directors. i have been with the company for 10 years and was given the opportunity to travel to Australia and set up our office in the Netherlands with great support and direction from above. We have many social events for both the team and the client and we are always well respected.

Cons

This is recruitment, there is ups and downs like all recruitment companies have, but that is the life of a consultant, From a business point of view, I can't think of any cons, maybe bring back smoothy mondays
