nice company image, nice quality products with great potential in japan if well handled, despite many years loosing money the brand persevere and continue to invest in its structures there as understand japan is a key market in Asia.

Cons

complicated and lousy management, poor recognition and reply to ideas by executives. Image given little outdated and tacky concept ,could be more modern approach displays and advertisements to catch up with japanese market.

Numbers game, fake ads at higher pay just to get CVs in, then trained to "sell" much lower paid jobs

Cons

So many fake ads to boost the database. I got sick and tired of offering false hope
