- You work in the C++ framework the founder created. So you get some C++ experience, but it's very niche. I felt like I feel like I regressed as a developer
- Not much modern processes. For instance, they don't use Git or SVN, they have an in-house version control which is not great to work with
- Occasionally, you need to work with external clients and do stuff early in the morning or late in the evening to work when the client is not open
-Pay is far below market -- by an area of 30%+.
- It doesn't really feel like there's a ton of upwards advancement available
