      Great people to work with, interesting work, growing company.

      Low pay. Company will nickel and dime everything. Even though the company is growing, job security is an issue.

      Pros

      Great work environment, very friendly people, management takes care of their people, all managers are easy to work with - event he President is pleasant.

      Cons

      If I HAVE to come up with a con, I guess I'd say the abundance of old folks who work there. They've worked there for a very long time, and are a little slow to get new concepts and technology, but they're really nice people. No room for growth, but it's a small company, so can't really expect any.
