      High quality product, Good Culture within the company. Plenty of opportunity for advancement. Industry Average Benefits and pay. Employees are empowered and everyone’s opinion is considered.

      Cons

      Upper Management can be bit clicky and political. It can be difficult to maintain a good work-life balance. Much of the staff is nearing retirement age.

      A demanding, but rewarding and very collaborative work environment. Excellent camaraderie within and between the departments. Opportunities for advancement throughout the company. Food truck Fridays in Summer (free lunch!)

      Cons

      Challenging goals to meet. You need to be resourceful and have a can-do attitude.
