Pros

Heavily rewarded for hard work, management is on first name basis with most employees, invested in engineering, growing company, great team culture, great company events, good benefits, great work life balance (encouraged) and lots given back to employees.

Cons

Interesting management styles, but if you learn to work with it, there is a lot of room for success. No room for free rides, a lot is expected out of you.
