Pros

The work environment fosters excellence with managers displaying genuine concern for employees through regular one-on-one meetings focusing on personal and professional well-being. The company hosts engaging events like catered year-end meals, Food Truck Fridays, and an acclaimed Christmas celebration. Design engineers experience daily novel challenges, actively encouraged to take a hands-on approach in creating initial prototypes and devising test plans for their projects. Greatly enjoy working here!

Cons

At times, communicating across departments can pose challenges, and certain workplace documents, standards, and work instructions may require improvement or refinement.

Better than a lot, but lots of room for improvement

Pros

Overall a very collaborative environment across all departments and not a lot of finger pointing (that I ever observed).

Cons

They prefer to let good, ambitious employees move on rather than working with them to move up in the company. Can be very Yo-Yo-ing with company holidays. Upper management is very poor at communicating with President only addressing the whole company at company holiday party once a year (even then it’s all platitudes and not any details about the company). Way too much nepotism and favoritism, hiring family members or friends of upper management’s kids. And too many people moved into positions they aren’t qualified for simply based on their seniority and/or how well they’re liked. Leadership is a good old (white) man’s club that is in desperate need of some diversity (i.e. some female leadership).
