-Work with a lot of good people and management -Supportive, relaxed environment -Lots of locations around campus -Paid Training -Flexible scheduling

-Occasionally monotonous -Sometimes difficult to get shifts -Some lab patrons were difficult to deal with and/or made unreasonable requests

Cornell contributes to your retirement at a generous rate, you can take classess for free, and even complete a degree, people around you are generally happy and enthusiastic.

Cons

Jobs are not as well paid as in industry. Also, it is relatively far from big cities.
