Pros

The office was small and willing to help and shift around workload as needed. Very understanding managers and great work-life balance. Business organization was shifting for the better.

Cons

There is not a great deal of clear opportunity to advance. Due to the size of the office, skill-sets also tend to be specific to job roles

Wasn't as much opportunity to move up in research position, although I wasn't looking to stay long.
