Pros

The people are wonderful to work with. The town of Ithaca is great. It's very beautiful and scenic. Everyone I met was very helpful and knowledgeable.

Cons

It's really really cold for 4-5 months of the year. This leads to some depression among people and it's rather isolated.

Pros

Free Food. Work-life balance, cheap gym membership, free bus fair, one free class a semester

Cons

It is hard to get rid of people who should be fired. Some tend to complain a lot. There should be more diversity among staff members.

Pros

Great interaction with students. Constant learning. Opportunity to grow and help out the students of the university. Great place to work.

Cons

There is a very low pay and it is basically more motivated out of genuine interest instead of a great compensation plan.
