Pros

Salary is very good, especially for the location. The area is inexpensive to live in, and therefore compared to other graduate schools, it is very cost efficient.

Cons

Ithaca is a very small town in the middle of nowhere, making social life difficult. The school is very snobby and employees tend to embody this.
