      Pros

      It's a small family owned bank and there main focus is community and customers. They have very good benefits and take care of there employees.

      Cons

      Not really any downside good company to work for.

      Pros

      Everyone here treats you like family. They are available to help in any way possible and they make sure that you are comfortable in your workplace. They are also very good at taking feedback and applying it in a way that makes everyone's lives a little easier.

      Cons

      The only con that i could think of is the opportunity for advancement. It's a very tight knit company so the only way to advance is wait until someone leaves the company, or the company expands.
