Pros

Always hiring, large presence in bay area

Cons

As a geotechnical engineer, you can go anywhere. Skip here. One of the principal engineers has a history of harassing women. I experienced stalking-like behavior from this individual and truly don’t think this is a safe company for female engineers.

Good exposure to a variety of projects in the Bay Area. Good construction department.

Cons

Management doesn't value their employees’ wellbeing. Management can be manipulative and hostile. Management can be retaliatory if they perceive that employees are acting disloyal. “HR” is just the wife of one of the managers. Toxic company culture.
