Pros
Cornerstone has a good “phone is always on” style of training, so there is always someone to speak with when questions come up.
Cons
Scheduling is done nightly and does not always let you know where you need to be the next morning. You must also familiarize yourself with job sites very quickly to prepare for questions and complaints.

Good training program, friendly people, usually a healthy amount of work
Cons
Relatively low starting wages for non-engineers or lacking masters degree (~$18-22) on the construction services side, work can be repetitive on a day to day basis but you're always driving around in a company vehicle all over the bay area and central valley. Slow during rainy season. would recommend joining a union company if interested in being a field technician long-term where pay is 40-50$ per hour.
