Pros

You will be working with very smart and helpful people. Everyone at the IC and most mid-managers are helpful and supportive. The IT technical stack is a little outdated and internal processes can be a bit chaos. But working on it and with the help of managers is improving. Growth potential is good. There is opportunity to work on many different types of things. The company itself is ok. No major complaints there.

Cons

IT leadership is a big problem. The CIO is toxic and talks very condescending to the teams. She will put unrealistic and deadlines on the team – not caring about work & life balance. It is common to have very long hours even when on leave. There is no sense of priority and what is important for the business – everything must be delivered RIGHT NOW. with no care of what it does to the team. Most people are always stressed, scared, and have burn out.
