Pros

- Some co-workers are great but some have been "remote" at the beach and not on PTO - Wed Tech lunches, but those are not the same compared to the Fri full company lunches - Was able to cut back on my work for close to 12 months, just coasting.

Cons

No real cons if you have no skin (RSUs) in the game, as I attend a few meetings and offer a padded estimate as completion date so I can take it easy. Guess what, my projects always slip because of others. Some offsource resources are so clueless, basically all the US replacements. Leadership from CEO down, CFO, CPO, CTO, CHR (Talent), etc. I don't think they even know the product. Benefits are bad now, but I'm have other benefits so I'm good.

It seems your current experience at Cornerstone is different than what you had experienced when you were hired 5 years ago. We have gone through significant changes since then, most notably moving from a founder-led public company to a private equity-owned organization, and it seems as if you are considering whether this is the right place for you moving forward. We believe that success comes when we’re all fully engaged and giving our best. Splitting attention between multiple jobs or intentionally coasting will reduce the focus and attention you can offer – likely leading to some of the concerns you’ve shared. I’m here if you’d like to connect directly on these topics. - Carina Cortez
