      Pros

      Lasting relationships at the individual contributor and direct management level. Great people work here and work very hard. You will build lasting relationships here with your direct peers.

      Cons

      Since going from public to private, there has been zero accountability and direction owned by the new ELT that was shipped in by the PE group. Customers are as confused as they have ever been on the direction of the org, which has stunted growth and opportunity as a customer sales professional. A severe lack of understanding of our market has led to investment being poured into areas of the business that has allowed for competition to catch up on the quality of our core products and the support of those products. The business has made it clear that SMB & Mid Market customers and the employees supporting those customers do not matter. We feel that we are fighting with upper management constantly just to be heard. The cutting of benefits that used to be a staple of cornerstone in the name of equity has lowered the bar for all employees. There has not been a single raise given out to anyone for any reason since 2022 when the PE take over was finalized.

      - Extremely toxic environment where executives don't really promote collaboration but top down management - Immature and inexperience executive team that servs for their own benefits - Extremely high turnover rate - Command and Conquer management style w/ little to no collaboration - Bad benefits package where one has to pay a lot more out of pocket
