Pros

Cornerstone really values employee growth and transparency. It’s easy to build a strong sense of community across teams, and people are genuinely helpful and supportive. There are also plenty of opportunities to learn and develop new skills. The company also offers great flexibility, which helps maintain a healthy work-life balance.

Cons

No significant cons, quite a few internal changes, which can occasionally create uncertainty

Thank you for sharing your experience. Compensation is a very important part of work and life. Cornerstone values meritocracy and we aim to continue our focus on culture, rewarding and recognizing individuals in different ways, providing frequent check-ins, and ongoing development. Each year, we also review country‑specific market data on salary increase trends, which enables us to maintain competitive and fair compensation within each region based on local market conditions. - Carina Cortez, Chief People Officer

Pros

Truly have no real advantages.

Cons

No job security. Layoffs have occurred every year for the past four years and are likely to continue in the future. There is no stable management; it keeps changing frequently. There are no learning or growth opportunities for employees. No hikes and promotions.

I'm sorry to hear about your negative experience. Cornerstone has navigated a lot of change in recent years and we are consistently focused on strengthening alignment across teams, improving communication around strategic decisions, and creating a more unified culture where all Cornerstars feel informed, supported, and empowered to contribute meaningfully. We're proud of the continued investment we make in growth and development and I absolutely encourage you to leverage information on Galaxy as well as to reach out to your manager or the People team to talk about the pathways and resources we have available. Thanks again for reaching out, and we hope to help you grow at Cornerstone for years to come. - Carina Cortez, Chief People Officer
