Good products that has the potential of becoming better. Flexible PTO, good compensation/benefits. Diverse workforce.

Cons

Lack of innovation, poor market understanding, inconsistent quality, and flawed pricing strategy. The work environment is very toxic. There’s a pervasive culture of blame and fear, with little to no support from higher-ups. Employees are often pitted against each other, leading to unnecessary stress and competition rather than collaboration. Some managers engage in practices that are both unethical and unprofessional. There have been numerous instances of favoritism, dishonesty, and exploitation. Decisions are often made to benefit a select few, with little regard for fairness or integrity.
