      Pros

      Cornerstone has a lot of really incredible individual contributors and some great mid-level managers

      Cons

      The leadership that has taken over since Cornerstone went private did away with some long standing employee benefits such as a much favored sabbatical that was earned after 7 years at the company. Additionally, They have been in an aggressive growth mindset and seem to be acquiring companies rapidly and mostly focusing on catering to the largest potential clients which can prove to be a confusing marketing exercise for the smaller and medium companies that are looking to make use of Cornerstone's services.

      It is true that Cornerstone has been in an aggressive growth mode, inclusive of several acquisition over the past 2 years. I also recognize that rapid growth can create uncertainty and may require us to make difficult trade-offs, inclusive of the elimination of the sabbatical program.
