Pros
1. Excellent infrastructure provided to make the working easy and efficient. 2. Mentors and Practice managers always available for helping out in any situtation. 3. Friendly Security and Catering staff. 4. Clean office and very well maintained. 5. All the study material readily avaiable.
Cons
1. Hiring experience very stressful. HR needs to be more proactive in inducting a new employee. 2. Making sure the new employee is made understood the CTC in detail for taking decision. 3. Please give proper office details with Joining Date, Time and Place. This wasn't provided had to be explicitly requested for.
