Remote work, with a catch. Some talented coworkers. Developmental opportunities for those who are self-motivated.

Cons

Leadership is generally out of touch and more interested in self-preservation and self-promotion than employee morale. A lack of transparency, inexplicable arrogance, willful ignorance, and cliquish secrecy have replaced the once open, positive, collaborative company culture. Employee benefits and compensation continue to decline year after year. Voluntary and involuntary turnover is high. Layoffs are ongoing and frequent. The company claims to have a rich history in AI, but its core technology needs to be updated. Acquiring a "spatial computing" company is merely lipstick on an archaic pig.
