Pros

Work-Life Balance: The remote work environment is allows for great autonomy. Culture: The team is ok. Coworkers are easy-going, supportive, and make the day-to-day enjoyable.

Cons

Role Overload: Sales roles often bleed into Service, Value Advisory, and Account Escalations/ management. It's difficult to focus on closing new business when you are managing the entire post-sales lifecycle. Product Hurdles: The UI is dated and can be a tough sell compared to sleeker competitors. Growth: Career progression feels stagnant; there isn't a clear roadmap for moving up within the sales organization.

Thanks for sharing this, we genuinely value our people and it’s important to us that everyone has the space to grow and develop. It’s important that roles feel clear and manageable, and I can appreciate how things can feel overwhelming when responsibilities start to stretch too far. There are many projects in the works to make our systems and processes easier and more efficient and hopefully you were able to hear about some of those in our recent Employee All Hands in early March. At the same time, we’re always open to ideas on how we can make your day-to-day work smoother. Please don't hesitate to bring your concerns and ideas to your leaders. - Carina Cortez, Chief People Officer
