2yIt sounds like your workload has increased and the root cause has not been addressed. It’s not sustainable to feel like you’re working 3 jobs and even more difficult to feel like you might not be heard. That is challenging and I don’t blame you for feeling frustrated. Having said that, pointing to our employees whose first language is not English, or that a certain group of people work harder than others, is not in alignment with our commitment to creating a culture of inclusion and belonging.
