I Join SumTotal Systems in June 2022 and SumTotal was owned by Skillsoft at that time. Later, in Aug 2022 CornerStone took over SumTotal. Currently, we are migrating, and the experience of this migration is smoot.

Cons

Since we are going through migration, there are issues, but they are understandable.

Some Policies like health insurance, leaves are better than others, but not best Mostly Indians are in hierarchy including CEO

Cons

Few teams are really need changes in terms of working hours, capacity, relevant work Need technical and experienced offshore managers rather than reaching teams directly ** Actually if you want employees to work more years, need to change attitude towards them Lot of communication training required for mansger level, Senior level people as you see startup companies are far better than this
