1) Recent layoffs and no hike due to company finance and ongoing strategic planning for change in organization structure with EOL/EOS for acquired company product like Saba, SumTotal, TalentSpace, Edcast etc. 2) Interns are hired for 18 months contract with no full time conversion support.
