      Exciting Times at a Growing Company

      Pros

      Great market position, great opportunity for sales. The culture is work hard/play hard, and they really mean it. The growth is tremendous, giving lots of room to move up in the organization. The company sales culture is very good, they understand the need to get people up and running quickly and help them do so.

      Cons

      It's a growing company, so there are definite signs of growing pains. The systems they have in place are constantly changing with that growth, so there are glitches. Territories continue to shrink as they add reps. Not a problem yet, but could be if they keep the growth up.

      Ok place to work but be prepared to be micro managed to death

      Pros

      Good product, people are for the most part really fun and nice. They work hard and they play hard. The software is great and full of features. They are a leader in the industry.

      Cons

      Micro-management ...... If you want to be micro managed to death this is the place for you. In the army they say you get promoted to your level of incompetence and that appears to be the case here. Meetings with managers go on forever and they pick apart everything you do, even if everything is in order they will try and find something. Managers want to be copied on everything, and I mean everything, and do not trust their employees to do their jobs. Performance reviews are a joke - everyone in my area was rated so low they wondered if they should be looking for another job. Raises are non existent.
