Hi Cornerstar - I'm hopeful you had the chance to meet with me, or any of the other executives, during our recent visit to India in February. As you likely know by now, we have and are implementing a global Return to Office (RTO) program, hybrid, in a phased fashion, being sensitive to local needs. India was the first office and we have now announced our plans for the US and Israel for more to come. We consistently review our salaries against market data to ensure we are competitive, and have done significant work especially for our acquired companies. If you believe there is a concern to be addressed, please bring this up with your manager/leader or your local People team.
