Good work culture and supportive team members
Pros
Has a really good work culture Members from your own team and from other domain teams, all are very supportive and want to help you. Managers are very good at managing their teams. No micro-management. Initial hike while joining company is good.
Cons
Technological processes in place are more a burden that a utility. Instead of helping, the processes only add more complexity to daily activities. This has been a constant feedback for last few years, but not much improvement has been done in this area. Yearly appraisal hikes are below average. Not at all according to market standards. Previously company used to offer separate internet allowance apart from your CTC. They stopped providing that as well. Yearly team meet-ups for remote employees have been discontinued. Lot of cost cutting nowadays.
