      The recent pace of growth and change, particularly with acquisitions, can be challenging. That said, our aim as a company – from Himanshu to myself – is to make thoughtful decisions that balance the needs of our people with the direction of the business. With 90% of Cornerstars responding to our recent Engagement Survey, Himanshu and I have great feedback to consider.
