      Salary is always on time

      Cons

      1. No work life balance, they expect to work till 2 or 3 am no matter but work should be done. 2. So much pressure by comparing with other teams. 3. Some senior people are very unprofessional they literally screams on you and always tries to demotivate you 4. Percentage increament is very poor
