Pros

Clean facility with some great talent. The tooling guys are wonderful. Great place to begin one's engineering career. It's really only a stepping stone so don't get stuck.

Cons

Hourly employees are under union contracts so they are very difficult to work with at times. High turnover of senior management personnel so one had to start all over to prove themselves each time this happened. Long work hours and if you like to feel all caught up, forget it at this place... you'll never be out of work. Management tends to want to groom engineers to be managers rather than develop them along the path of their choosing.
