Pros

Lots of different projects to work on Much more development at this plant

Cons

Management has done a horrible job with moral and org restructuring Work here if you want management to force you into roles for “growth” and if you do not want the role then you will need to leave Moral is pitiful with no awareness of this from leadership Most people are already doing more than 1 persons job to keep up with changing environment and projects while management keeps adding on.
