Pros

Good salary range if you can negotiate.

Cons

Working enviroment is hot and might have pollution of asbestos for metling process. Even though company claim is pollution free, but it's not possible. You still might get cancer after decades but company will pretend it's not relevant to them. Also day/night 24hr job is disturbing.

Pros

Match 4% on 401K w/ 6% contribution, $1000 towards HSA annually, ample opportunities for advancement for those interested. The company runs so lean that employment is pretty secure.

Cons

The company runs very lean so a lot is expected of employees, limited investment options for 401K, most plants are union, vacation policy is lacking
