Pros

Innovative company dedicated to research and development.

Cons

Rat race culture. "Supportive team environment" is talked about but typically not put into action. People are overworked and management is inconsistent and cannot be trusted to take care of their employees. Managers in my experience are interested in moving up and if throwing someone below them under the bus or taking credit for someone else's work is a way to achieving that then so be it.
