I supported a facility that made products for a consumer-driven market, and when the demand was low, then times were stressful trying to figure out ways to make our sales targets.

Crappy Career planning and there is no upward mobility. Supervisors are terrible at developing thier people.

Very high tech and impressive business. No scrubs allowed here, either produce or you will be cut, as it should be.

Cons

Nothing specific to say against the company, some of the employees are irritating, but that happens anywhere. Not an easy job.
