Pros

good work life balance if you are lucky and not managing projects or people. some managers care about their employees and try to help with immigration problems

Cons

Regular layoffs every year, a lot of project are underfunded. Favoritism in all possible forms. Unclear promotion rules, not transparent and lying management. Toxic culture, frequent gossips, segregation.

Pros

Good pay on the higher end for what you can make straight out the gate. Lots of chances to change jobs and advance.

Cons

Don't really care about employees just about numbers. They tend to lie in communication meetings. They lay off alot and right now seem to not be doing well but only because it's getting close to contract time. Swing shift work you'll forget who you are after awhile of doing these shifts.
