Pros

Great pay and benefits including 401K, pension, goal sharing, vacation, and excellent medical. Opportunities for advancement for those that strive for excellence. One of the best paying jobs in the area, most people that are hired on make a career out of it.

Cons

12 hrs shifts and periods of high overtime where it makes it difficult to plan anything. Can be difficult for families or single parents to find a work life balance at first.
