Friendly company climate Open and diverse culture Low stress Good work-life balance Good compensation compared to cost of living Perfect for people from the glass and ceramics field Great for people who like to live in the countryside and prefer to avoid the long city commutes

Cons

Not perfect for people who prefer to live in a big city, but you can use the corporate jet to New York City

Pros

Decent salary and benefits however vision insurance is a joke Flexible hours and telecommuting

Cons

No career track guidance- you are on your own to network, look for opportunities and climb the ladder. Reorganizations and layoffs guaranteed every 2 years Definitely a "good ol boys club" going on, management is primarily males with military background
