      They introduce cutting-edge technology and innovative products. Their inventions are world-changing. Most employees have very long tenure, job stability is a plus.

      Cons

      They spend a lot of time on internal discussions and analysis, rather than learning from the outside world. Corning, NY HQ is a small company town which reinforces their inward-looking orientation. Executives are overly focused on the stock price rather than business fundamentals.
