Pros

None they’re pond scum tbh

Cons

Where do I begin? Instead of working with employees and trying to fine tune their skills, they just pressure them and PIP. The problem being too with that (other than in it of itself) is that expectations and directions are constantly changing. They have no idea what they’re doing or how to run a sales org. And when they get frustrated they lash out and yell and place demands on others because they can’t handle their own incompetence. But sure offer them $5 gift card for getting a meeting during a SPIF, that’ll boost morale! These folks are the epitome of corporate greed and will toss you aside like you’re nothing if they think it’ll save their annual bonus. Not to mention the product isn’t moving anyone over the phones, let alone pay a subscription for. All around just a joke and a disgrace and you should steer clear

Thank you for sharing your perspective. We’re sorry to hear your experience was so negative. We take feedback like yours seriously, especially when it involves leadership, sales practices, and how employees are treated during stressful times. We know that changing expectations, unclear direction, and inconsistent coaching can be frustrating and hurt trust. Sales is a demanding field, but that doesn’t excuse poor communication or disrespectful interactions. We’re sorry that we didn’t meet our standards in your experience. Your feedback about performance management, morale, and product challenges shows that how we work is as important as our strategy. Performance improvement should help people grow, not feel like punishment. We’re reviewing how we set expectations, train managers, and give feedback to make sure it’s helpful and respectful. We want you to know that we value our employees as people, not just for their work. If anyone feels ignored or unimportant, that’s a problem we need to address. While we may not agree with every detail in your review, we respect your message about dignity, accountability, and leadership. Thank you for being honest about your experience. Even when feedback is hard to hear, it reminds us to listen, reflect, and make real changes. We wish you all the best and thank you for your time with us.

Thank you for telling us about your early experience. We're happy to hear that the work is challenging and the benefits are valuable. These are important parts of what we want new team members to experience, especially as they take on meaningful roles. We understand your point about training in a bigger company. As organizations grow, onboarding can sometimes feel more self-guided. Your feedback shows us how important it is to give clear guidance, easy-to-find resources, and strong support during the first weeks. We are working to improve our onboarding and training so new hires feel both independent and supported as they learn. Thank you for sharing your thoughts. We wish you continued success as you grow in your role at Corpay.

Thank you for sharing your perspective and acknowledging Corpay’s global presence and market visibility. We recognize that competitive compensation, clear role definition, and strong management are essential for senior leaders’ impact and satisfaction. Your feedback on salary competitiveness, management effectiveness, and role clarity highlights areas for improvement. As we have grown, structure and clarity have not always kept pace. We are working to better define executive roles, strengthen leadership accountability, and ensure senior positions are distinct, valued, and aligned with market expectations. We also appreciate your candid advice on strategic focus. Remaining disciplined about where we compete and how we add value, rather than expanding too broadly, is an ongoing internal discussion. Your feedback reinforces the need for thoughtful growth based on clear strategy and execution. Thank you for your contributions to Corpay and for providing direct, constructive input that informs our ongoing development.
