Thank you for sharing your experience and taking the time to write this review. We’re happy to know you appreciate the flexible schedule, PTO, and support from your managers. We work hard to keep these benefits, especially in demanding sales roles. We also understand that outbound calling and sales can be tough and need persistence, resilience, and strong support. Thank you for your feedback about promotion timelines and clearer career paths. We understand that growth can feel slow when expectations and pathways are not clear. We are working to make career progression, development opportunities, and advancement at Corpay more transparent. This includes better conversations between managers and employees about long-term goals and next steps. We appreciate your honesty and contributions. Feedback like yours helps us improve how we support and retain our teams.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts. We value the time you took to give us honest feedback about your experience. We’re glad the remote role helped you find flexibility and balance. We know that changes to remote eligibility, especially in sales, can be disruptive. We also understand how important it is to clearly explain the reasons and expectations for these decisions. We take your concerns about pay and leadership seriously. We regularly review our pay and leadership practices to make sure they match the market and support our teams. Your feedback shows us where we need to do better. Making leadership more consistent and making sure everyone feels supported and fairly paid are top priorities for us. Thank you for your contributions and for helping us see where we can improve.
