Thank you for your feedback. We appreciate your honesty and understand that larger challenges can sometimes overshadow positive aspects of your role. We are glad the sales incentives and hybrid work arrangement have been helpful. However, your concerns about chaos and leadership highlight significant issues that need attention. A lack of clear systems or direction can impact both performance and morale, particularly in a fast-paced sales environment. We take feedback like yours seriously and share it with leadership to improve structure, communication, and accountability. We recognize the importance of strong leadership for clarity and stability, and acknowledge there is more work ahead. Thank you for sharing your thoughts. Your honest feedback helps us identify areas for improvement and guides our efforts to create a better workplace for everyone.

Hybrid a plus

Pros

Remote most days, great managers, pto, sick days, vacation time paid, predictable, White collar work, good work life balance- at least for the first year or so

Cons

Low pay, raises that don’t keep up with inflation, performance based raises even though everyone pretty much gets the same raise increase regardless (depending on LoB and department), no upward mobility without moving departments/LoB usually without stagnating for years in same position due to many staying with the company for years in same low level/midlevel positions-this is complicated by raises not keeping up with inflation, job titles and responsibilities changing without pay increase typically makes a heavy workload for the pay

Thank you for sharing your thoughtful feedback about your experience with us. We’re happy to know that hybrid flexibility, supportive managers, paid time off, and work-life balance, especially at the start, made a positive difference during your time here. We also hear your concerns about compensation, merit increases, and career growth. Your feedback about raises not keeping up with inflation, limited opportunities to move up without changing departments, and added responsibilities without matching pay is important to us. We know these issues can build up over time and impact motivation and long-term engagement. We appreciate your comments about merit increases. For performance-based programs to work, employees should see a clear link between their efforts and their pay. We are reviewing our pay and promotion systems to make sure they are more transparent, competitive, and reflect both performance and job responsibilities. Thank you for your contributions and honest feedback during your time with us. Insights like yours help us improve how we support employees at every stage of their careers. We wish you all the best in the future.

Pros

Good colleagues Reasonable pay Nice office

Cons

A employer that does pizza party’s then actually reward staff. Loves throwing out how well the business is performing with profits etc without actually rewarding the people that are a part of it. Awful leadership Will avoid any difficult questions from staff & disregard them instead of answering them. Keeps toxic managers & managers who are vile to the staff. HR only protect leadership team & the favourites.

Thank you for taking the time to share this feedback. We appreciate your acknowledging the positive relationships you built with colleagues, as well as your experience with compensation and the work environment. At the same time, we’re genuinely concerned by the issues you’ve raised around leadership, recognition, and trust. We understand how frustrating it is when company performance is communicated, but employees do not feel recognized for their contributions. Celebrations and informal recognition are meant to show appreciation, but they should not replace fair compensation, career development, or transparent dialogue. Your feedback shows this balance did not feel right during your time with us. Concerns about leadership behavior, accountability, and how feedback is handled, especially when it involves management conduct, are taken seriously. To address these issues effectively, we plan to implement a dedicated hotline and an anonymous reporting tool so employees can report concerns safely. We also have a policy in place to ensure each report is reviewed by a third-party committee. We do not want any employee to feel ignored, dismissed, or unprotected when raising concerns. Creating a workplace where people feel respected, heard, and supported is critical. Your comments highlight areas where we must continue to improve. We appreciate your honesty and the contributions you made during your time at Corpay. Feedback like this helps us reflect on where we need to do better and reinforces the importance of accountability, transparency, and genuine recognition across all levels of the organization. We wish you the best in your next chapter.
